Delete your account
Who this is for
This page explains how to permanently delete your OKDaily account and its data. It applies to the Caregiver account, the one signed in with a phone number — a paired Parent's phone doesn't have a separate account of its own; a Caregiver deleting their account removes the Parent's profile and check-in history along with it, since they're part of the same family record.
How to request deletion
- Email kantsinghsurya662@gmail.com from any address, with the subject line "Delete my OKDaily account".
- Include the phone number your Caregiver account is registered with, so we can find the right account.
- We'll confirm by email once your account and its data have been deleted — normally within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleted
Your name, phone number, email (if added), date of birth, nickname, the paired Parent's profile (name, phone, date of birth, relation, nickname), and the full daily check-in / SOS history for that family.
Kept (limited time)
Payment records tied to a completed subscription may be retained for a period required by law or by our payment processor, Razorpay, for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes — separate from your OKDaily account data, and not something we control directly.
